COVID-19 Reporting Procedures
The ASU Employee Wellness Exposure Management team provides outreach support to those affected by COVID-19 in our community. Our team offers supervisor consultations, guidance to employees who test positive for COVID-19 and identifies and notifies ASU community members who may have been in close contact with infected individuals.
The Employee Wellness Exposure Management team is available seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 480-727-6517 or email EmployeeWellness@exchange.asu.edu.
Please leave your name and phone number only. Do not provide additional details in an email or voice mail. A team member will contact you promptly.
Supervisors: How to respond to an employee with COVID-19
If an employee tests positive, they must immediately contact Employee Wellness Exposure Management to clarify quarantine periods for the individual and identify any close contacts. Supervisors and staff should not evaluate and make independent recommendations. Employees identified as close contacts should not return to work until completing their quarantine period.
Review the COVID-19 supervisor guidelines for additional details about how to address employee concerns and sharing information
