Welcome to SESE Meetings and Events
Thank you for considering the School of Earth and Space Exploration as the host site for your upcoming event. We are excited to be a part of the Arizona State University Tempe campus. Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building 4 is an innovative research building on the Tempe campus. The building opened in early May 2012, and occupies more than 300,000 square feet. Through innovative architecture, the building incorporates various types of laboratory spaces, clean rooms, administrative and office spaces, high bay spaces, and a 228-seat auditorium.
Services and Pricing
Please complete the School of Earth and Space Exploration ISTB4 Facility Reservation Form and submit it at least 30 days before your desired event date. Scheduling priority will be given to SESE and its building occupants. External events can only be booked up to five months in advance for the Fall and Spring semesters.
Services
The School of Earth and Space Exploration offers a full range of event services, as well as, onsite Event Coordinators that are available to assist with needs to ensure event success. Event Coordinators are experienced at planning and managing a wide range of activities and can help navigate through building issues, fire and safety guidelines, permitting, power sources, and provide assistance with lighting, computers and more.
Facilities and rates
The School of Earth and Space Exploration offers a lecture hall spaces, conference rooms, a theater space and a large, reception space. All spaces are subject to availability and rates vary. Please use our reservation form for an event quote and availability:

Event Equipment: Audio Visual
Audio Visual: Please coordinate with your event coordinator for any specific audio/visual (AV) needs. If your AV needs exceed the basic capacity of the booked room, third-party AV suppliers may be used at the hosting organization’s expense.
