Raj is a research staff at the School of Earth and Space Exploration (SESE). He works primarily on Radio Frequency instrumentation and computer programming. Before joining ASU, he worked at Radio Astronomy Lab at University of California, Berkeley. He has also been a project student at Swinburne University of Technology,Australia and an Undergraduate Summer Researcher at California Institute of Technology.

Research Interests

Presently, Raj is involved in developing instrumentation for mm-wave astronomy experiments. He has worked on hardware design and programming for PHOENIX CubeSat project and ECHO, a drone-mounted calibrator for Radio telescope array. Previously, he has worked on designing instrumentation for Radio Telescopes.
