The School of Earth and Space Exploration is well known for its top-quality undergraduate programs in the areas of astronomy / astrophysics, geology, engineering and environmental science. The School of Earth and Space Exploration is preparing students for the 21st century workforce through a broad spectrum of subjects leading to degrees in geological sciences (earth science), earth science education, space science education, aeronautical engineering, astronomy and astrophysics, astrobiology, cosmology, sustainability, and environmental policy. We aim to engage not only the minds of our students, but to also encourage and excite the general public about science to create scientifically aware citizens.
